On every paid dataset. There is no timing guarantee for new versions: we ship them when we publish them.
Guarantees
A. Answer-key accuracy (Starter, Custom cohort and Subscription)
If any label in your dataset's answer keys doesn't match its document's text at the stated character offsets, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We'll fix every mismatch you report and redeliver within 5 business days. If we can't, we'll refund that dataset in full.
B. Spec-match redo (Custom cohort and Subscription)
If your delivered cohort doesn't match the written spec we confirmed with you (conditions, age range, sex mix, visit counts, document types and label set), tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll regenerate it at no charge within 5 business days.
C. Patient replacement (Pay per patient)
If a patient history is incorrect, we replace it with 2 additional full patients. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
If we can't deliver the fix within 5 business days, we refund that dataset. This applies to guarantees A and B. Pay per patient is covered by guarantee C, which replaces patients; it has no refund guarantee. To make a claim, write to admin@cohortloom.com with your order email and the files concerned.

Questions
How does the Founding 100 discount work?
While places remain, checkout applies 20% off to a new customer's first purchase. On the Subscription, it applies to the first month only. The number of places left, when shown above, is read live from our payment provider; if it can't be read, we show no number.
What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt from Stripe and an email from us confirming the order and what happens next. Pay per patient and Starter datasets are built from catalogue cohorts and delivered by an expiring download link. Pay per patient, Starter and catalogue cohorts are a pre-order. Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks. We confirm your delivery date within 1 business day of your order. Custom cohorts and Subscriptions start with a short spec intake: we confirm your written spec (and hold the spec call, if you'd like one) before generation. We confirm your delivery date within 1 business day of your order.
Should I pay per patient or buy Starter?
Pay per patient costs $2.50 a patient, for 1 to 999 patients. Starter is $1,500 for up to 1,000 patients, so above 600 patients Starter costs less and gives you more. The Founding 100 discount applies to both in the same way.
Can I see the quality first?
Yes. A validation report and a sample are available on request. Request them here.
Do you sign BAAs or handle real patient data?
No. CohortLoom datasets are synthetic by construction and contain no real patient data, so there is no PHI to protect. We don't accept real patient data.
Who handles my questions?
Conway, our AI agent, answers most questions. Anything about contracts, refunds or custom pricing goes to a person. You can always write to admin@cohortloom.com.
